What is ScribVoice?
ScribVoice is an audio and video transcription workspace built for people whose recordings are not already in the format a transcriber expects.
Most tools ask for an MP3 first. ScribVoice accepts 40 verified containers directly — MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, WEBM and M4V, plus less common formats such as WMA, AMR, MKV, M2TS, AVI and FLAC. For video files, the audio track is transcribed; video preview is not available in the workspace.
Transcripts come back as editable segments with timestamps, and speaker labels are added when the selected language and recording allow it. Labels depend on audio quality, so overlapping speech and unclear voices may need review in the editor.
Every completed transcript exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT or VTT — subtitle files keep their cue timings for compatible video editors.
Choose automatic language detection or one of 38 spoken languages. Processing runs in the background, so you can leave the page and return when the transcript is ready.
Start with 30 free minutes and no account. Paid plans raise the file-size and duration limits, with a 2048 MB ceiling on Standard and Pro.
